Scott Lockhart Drainage Contractor was founded in the early 1980s by Jeffrey Scott Lockhart, a drainage specialist with a deep understanding of Texas soil, terrain, and water behavior. What started as a local contracting operation in Austin has grown into a full-service drainage and stormwater management company with over 10,000 completed projects.
Scott's approach combines decades of field experience with a commitment to sustainable solutions. From designing French drain systems for homeowners dealing with standing water to engineering detention ponds for commercial developments, every project reflects the same hands-on attention to detail.
